The Greater Cedar Rapids Area Home Builders Association is a nonprofit association that is not only your premiere resource for professional, educated, and connected builders and specialty contractors in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding areas, but also strives to improve our community through many charitible doantions and projects each year.

The Greater Cedar Rapids Area HBA in cooperation with the Home Builders Association of Iowa and the National Association of Home Builders works hard to find solutions to providing the public with quality, safe, affordable housing.

Members of the Greater Cedar Rapids Area HBA are from every spectrum of the industry including:

• Residential/Commercial Builders and Contractors
• Residential/Commercial Remodelers
• Multifamily Builders/Contractors
• Property Management
• Architecture/Design
• Mortgage Finance
• Product Manufacturing, Wholesale, and Distribution
• Specialty Contractors (Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
• And any other business or individual working with any aspect of
