Spring Parade of Homes

The Spring Parade of Homes is an annual event the Greater Cedar Rapids Area Home Builders Assoc. organizes to provide the public the opportunity to tour new construction homes during the height of the buying, building or remodeling season. Ticket sales from this event helps to fund local charities each year!

Fall Parade of Homes

This event is the mostly widely recognized home tour in the area. Starting the end of September each year, this is the HBA's long-standing new construction home tour. The fall Parade of Homes now also includes newly completed remodel projects that have previously been part of the HBA Remodelers Showcase. You can see all of the new construction and remodel projects with just one ticket during one event. Ticket sales from this event also help to fund local charities each year!
