HBR
Inc. is a listing service only and a member benefit
for the builders who belong to the Greater Cedar Rapids Area
Home Builders Association. This company is designed to save
the listing commission for builders who want to list their
new construction in the Cedar Rapids Board of Realtors MLS
book, and either have a Realtor sell the property, or the
builder sell the property.
Can
Anyone use this service, and can you list existing homes?
This
service is available only to members of the Cedar Rapids
HBA. You may list new construction of detached family homes
and single family attached homes (town homes and condos),
commercial or land. Homes that have been a model or the office
of a builder may also be listed. At this time, we are only
accepting new construction.
What
is the cost of this service, and how do we list a property?
There
is a very nominal fee to list your properties in the MLS book,
and all you need to do to list your property is give Midge
a call at the HBR office, and she will be happy to send you
a listing and broker's agreement, or you can stop by the office
(always a good idea to call first).
